Title Order has been “PENDING” for over a month!

I ordered the January 2019 issue on 2019.01.01 and i paid almost $40usd in shipping and i still have not gotten a shipping confirmation because it turns out that my order is still “pending”. Now I cannot cancel this order because it has been over 30 days. I WANT MY MAGAZINE
